Refunctioning Scenarios in Interior Architecture – Student Competition by ÖzÜ INAR Department - Award Ceremony

We are pleased to announce the results of the student competition
“Refunctioning Scenarios in Interior Architecture: From Sales Office to Restaurant and Retail Design”,
organized as part of the INAR 301 & 302 – Interior Architecture Design Studio III & IV courses within the
Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design & Co-Light Research Lab, Özyeğin University, in collaboration with Ergün Architecture.

Supervised by Mine Özoğuz Arbay Ph. D. , Başak Çal Karabeyoğlu, and Elif Aktaş Yanaş, the competition challenged students to transform existing sales office spaces into vibrant restaurant and retail environments. Projects were reviewed by a professional jury and discussed in a closing award ceremony hosted at Ergün Architecture’s office.
The ceremony was held with the participation of our department head Zeynep Ceylanlı, Ph.D. and Selin Üst Tunalı, Ph.D., Assistant Professor.
