Student Clubs Management and Supervisory Board Elections for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

The process for the Student Clubs Management and Supervisory Board Elections for the 2026–2027 Academic Year has begun. The information we would like to share with our students who wish to become candidates is provided below.

The form in the link must be filled out by Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 23:59, and the club for which candidacy is desired must be selected. A student may only be a candidate for the Management–Supervisory Board of one club. Please fill out the form for only one club you wish to apply for. If a student submits more than one form, the data in the most recently submitted form will be taken as the basis.

The Social Events Office will review the eligibility of candidates between April 13–16, and will share the candidate lists with the clubs on Friday, April 17.

Candidacy Criteria:

Candidates must have been a member of the club they wish to apply for during the 2025–2026 Academic Year. Students who became members of the club by the last business day of March 2026 are eligible to run as candidates and to vote.

Preparatory class students who wish to become candidates must have successfully completed the Fall 2025 semester with an “S” grade and must declare that they will also successfully complete the Spring 2026 semester.

Undergraduate students who wish to become candidates must have a minimum GPA of 2.00 and must declare that their GPA will not fall below 2.00 in the Spring 2026 semester.

At the end of the Summer 2026 term, the academic standing of both preparatory and undergraduate students will be reviewed. Students whose performance has declined will have their YK-DK membership revoked.

Important Notes Regarding the Election Process:

Elections must be conducted by the clubs in accordance with the General Assembly Meeting procedures and principles specified in PROS.SG.100. It is possible to conduct the elections online. The election process must be carried out under the guidance of the Social Events Office and with the knowledge of the club advisor.
